You're able to Email and/or Print invoices in bulk without having to open each individual matter.
Desktop
Set Up an Invoice Mailing Email Template
Open the matter.
Make sure you're on the Details & Correspondence tab.
Click Forms & Templates.
The Forms & Templates will open in a new window.
Make sure you're on the Browse tab.
Navigate to the Practice Management > Accounting > Accounting folder on the left-hand side of the list.
Right-click on the right-hand side of the Forms & Templates window and select New > Outlook Template.
The Create Outlook Template - Select Recipient will open in a new window.
Select a Recipient (by default, it should be your Client) and click OK.
A new email will open in Microsoft Outlook.
Enter a Subject.
The Subject that you enter will be the default subject line used for the Invoice Mailing.
Enter a default message which will be included with the attached email.
Click Insert under LEAP section to display a list of fields which you can insert into the Invoice Mailing Email Template.
Click Save & Close.
Enter a name of the email template and click OK.
Create an Invoice Mailing
Click the LEAP Menu > Accounting > under Operating Accounting > Invoice Mailing.
The Invoice Mailing window will open.
Click next to SelectBatch No. if required. This is useful if you wish to email or print invoices based on a batch of invoices which were created in bulk.
Select the Status of the invoices which is to be changed i.e. <All>, Draft - Unapproved Draft - Approved, or Final - Printed/Sent.
Click then select a Debtor to display invoices for that debtor only.
Click then select a Person Responsible to display invoices for matters where the Person Responsible is selected.
Click then select a Person Acting to display invoices for matters where the Person Acting is selected.
Select the Payment Status as Open or Paid.
Click to edit heading
Click on Clear Filters to remove any of the selected filters to display all invoices.
Click > Forms & Templates then select an Email Template which will be the email that is sent to the selected debtors.
Tick the Email and/or Print checkboxes for each of the invoices you wish to send to your debtors.
Tick the arrows next to the Email and/or Print checkboxes at the top of the table on the left-hand side to select all or none.
Click to edit heading
Right-click any invoice then select Open Invoice to open it directly from the Invoice Mailing window. Any changes made will be saved back.
