Learn how to update the status of multiple draft invoices in bulk, eliminating the need to open each matter individually.

Click the LEAP Menu > Accounting > under Operating > Change Invoice Status.
Click to select a Batch No., if required. This is useful if you wish to change the status of a batch of invoices which were created in bulk.
Enter or click to Set Invoice Date.
Select the Set Status of the invoices.
Click and select a Debtor to display invoices for that debtor only, if required.
Click and select a Person Responsible to display invoices for matters where the Person Responsible is selected, if required.
Click and select a Person Acting to display invoices for matters where the Person Acting is selected, if required.
Click to edit heading
Click on Clear Filters to remove any of the selected filters to display all invoices that can be changed.
Tick the Print checkbox, if required.
Tick the matter(s) you wish to change in the invoice status for.
Click to edit heading
Right-click on any of the listed invoices to Open Matter or Open Invoice directly from the Change Invoice Status window. You can also Delete selected invoices.
Tick the arrow next to the checkbox at the top of the table on the left-hand side and choose Select All to select all the listed invoices or Select None to untick the selected invoices.
Click Save & Close to change the status of the selected invoices.
Click > Accounting > under Operating > Change Invoice Status.
The Change Invoice Status window will open.

Click and select a Person Acting to display invoices for matters where the Person Acting is selected, if required.
Click and select a Person Responsible to display invoices for matters where the Person Responsible is selected, if required.
Click and select a Debtor to display invoices for that debtor only, if required.
Tick the Print checkbox, if required.
Tick the matter(s) you wish to change in the invoice status for.
Alternatively, tick the first checkbox next to Matter No. to select all invoices or untick.
Click Save to change the status of the selected invoices.
