Purpose: Provides a central hub for downloading ledgers of active Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts within a specified period across all matters. The ledger can be generated based on either Transaction Date or Entry Date, as per user selection.

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports (BETA) > Trust > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts > Separate Interest Bearing Accounts Ledger
Filters:
Date Range
Includes transactions within the specified period based on the selected "Run By" option:
Transaction Date: Captures transactions with a Transaction Date within the specified Date Range.
Entry Date: Captures transactions with an Entry Date within the specified Date Range.
Both dates are determined based on the transaction window.
Run By
Sort the report by:
Transaction Date.
Entry Date.
Report Fields:
Date
The date of the transaction.
Reference
The transaction reference number.
Paid to/Received From & Reason
Displays the Payee or Payer of the transaction, and the transaction reason.
Withdrawal
Bank Fees or Withdrawal transactions.
Deposit
Interest or Deposit transactions.
Balance
The Separate Interest-Bearing Account balances
