How To

Purpose: Lists Realtors attached to real estate matters.

The report helps to retrieve information pertaining to Realtors by offering a consolidated view. Utilizing the report also allows you to promptly identify matters linked to specific Realtors. This feature is useful for efficiently monitoring progress, assigning tasks, and addressing any issues within a particular Realtor's portfolio.

Report Trigger: The Realtors Report will reference any Realtor card attached to a matter.

While this report is primarily designed for real estate matters, it may also include other types of matters where a Realtor Card has been manually added to and recorded on the matter table. To narrow down the results, you can utilize the 'Matter Type' filter.
The date range filter (Start Date and End date) is employed to refine results by limiting matters based on a matter's Engagement Date, which is entered under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab.

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports (BETA) > Matters & Clients > Conveyancing > Realtors Report

Report Filters:

Date Range	Displays Realtors on matters with an Engagement Date within the selected range.
Matter	Includes two filters: Matter Status: Filters results to include only matters with any of the selected status(es). Matter Types: Filters results to include only matters with any of the selected type(s).
Staff	Includes two filters: Staff Responsible: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff members are assigned as the Person Responsible. Staff Acting: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff members are assigned as the Person Acting.
Display	Includes two display options: 1. Group By: Allows users to group the list by: None Realtors Matter Status Matter Type Staff Acting Staff Responsible 2. Expand Row Groups: Only active when the 'Group By' option is not 'None'. No: When set to 'No', the grouped rows remain collapsed, showing only the group headers. Yes: When set to 'Yes', all grouped rows are expanded, displaying all rows within each group.

Report Fields:

Realtor	The Realtor card on the matter.
Realtor Staff (on matter)	The staff member(s) selected for the Realtor card on the matter table (not just listed within the Realtor Card).
Realtor Staff Email	The staff member(s)' email addresses.
Matter No.	The matter number.
Client	The name of client(s) on the matter.
Property Address	The matter's Property Address.
Price	The Property Price.
Exchange/Contract	The matter's Contract Signed Date entered under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab, if applicable.
Closing Date	The matter's Closing Date entered under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab.

Report Filters:

Start Date	Displays Seller's/Buyer's Realtors attached to matters opened from this date.
End Date	Displays Seller's/Buyer's Realtors attached to matters opened until this date.
Matter Status	Filter the result based on the matter’s Matter Status.
Matter Type	Filter the result based on the matter's Matter Type.
Staff Responsible	Filter the result based on the matter's Staff Responsible.
Staff Acting	Filter the result based on the matter's Staff Acting.
Group By	Group the report by: None Realtor (Default) Matter Status Matter Type Staff Responsible Staff Acting
Expand	Expand or collapse the grouping results.

Realtor	The Realtor card on the matter.
Realtor Staff (on matter)	The staff member(s) selected for the Realtor card on the matter table (not just listed within the Realtor Card).
Realtor Staff Email	The staff member(s)' email addresses.
Matter No.	The matter number.

Property Address	The matter's Property Address.
