Some LEAP Forms have been set up with instructional text, which utilize hidden text. If you cannot see the hidden text in a document, follow these steps:
Within Microsoft Word, click on File and then Options.
In the Display menu, tick the box next to Hidden Text under Always show these formatting marks on the screen.
How Do I Stop Hidden Text from Printing?
If the hidden text is printing in your document, it is most likely that the Microsoft Word function that prints “Hidden text” has been selected. To stop this, you will need to do the following:
Within Microsoft Word, click on File and then Options.
In the Display menu, remove the tick next to Print Hidden Text under Printing Options as shown below:
