LEAP integrates with online Email SMS Providers. If you have registered with an Email SMS Provider, you can send emails directly from a matter that will be received as a SMS by the recipient.

Getting Started
Find an online Email SMS Provider solution that meets your needs. It is important that you're happy with the provider's required number format. You'll have to remember to use this specified format when entering details into your client's cards.

Creating an Email as SMS
Open the matter.
Make sure you're on the Details & Correspondence tab.
Right-click a Card that you wish to send a text message to and select Message via Email.
Select the appropriate number from the list.
(Optional) Click to select an Email Template to use for the body of your message.
Click OK.
A new e-mail will open in Microsoft Outlook.
The selected number will display in the To field with the SMS Provider Domain as the suffix.
Complete the email and click Send or Time & Send to send the email and create a new Time Entry.
